TipKick helps users launch Solana tokens through Pump.fun and directs creator fees toward manually purchased support for Kick channels. By using TipKick or signing a launch transaction, you agree to these terms.

1. Your eligibility and responsibility

You must be an adult under the laws that apply to you and legally permitted to use the service and connected platforms. You are responsible for your wallet, the transactions you sign, and compliance with applicable laws. Never share a private key or recovery phrase with TipKick or anyone claiming to represent us.

2. Token launches and creator fees

You authorize the transaction presented by your wallet when you sign a launch. Your wallet pays applicable network and protocol costs. The launch form identifies the creator-fee recipient and the share of converted creator fees allocated to Kick support. The allocation published for that launch is recorded with the token. The allocation applies to the gross dollar value recorded for converted creator fees. TipKick covers operating and conversion costs from its own share, if any, rather than deducting them from the support allocation.

The current service creates new tokens without an initial purchase. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and launch or network costs may not be recoverable if a transaction fails. Review the token details, channel, and transaction before signing.

3. Manual support purchases

TipKick operators collect fees, convert funds, allocate dollar balances, and manually purchase gifted subscriptions or KICKs for the chosen Kick channel. Purchases depend on available funds, channel eligibility, platform availability, and conversion access. Small balances may be held until a practical purchase is possible. We do not guarantee payment timing, fee generation, or a minimum amount of support.

Payment receipts are evidence of purchases recorded by TipKick. Published payment amounts measure what was spent, not a streamer’s net income or bank withdrawals. Kick determines its own fees, revenue shares, eligibility, and payout rules. Funds allocated for support are not token-holder dividends or a claim by the launching wallet.

4. Fan-created content

You must have permission to use the names, images, and other content you submit. Do not impersonate a streamer, imply an endorsement without permission, infringe rights, publish personal information without consent, or submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading material. A token listing or channel page is not proof of streamer participation. TipKick may remove content from its interface or restrict access; it cannot erase independently recorded blockchain activity.

5. Risks and third-party services

Tokens are volatile and may lose their entire value. There is no guarantee of returns, liquidity, trading activity, creator fees, or continued service. TipKick does not provide investment advice, equity, or a right to future earnings. You independently decide whether to launch or trade.

Wallets, Solana, Pump.fun, Kick, conversion providers, and other external services operate independently and have their own terms. TipKick is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kick or Pump.fun. We do not control their availability, charges, decisions, or transactions.

6. Service availability

TipKick is an early service and may change, pause, or become unavailable. We take reasonable care in operating it, but errors and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how the application uses information. We may update these terms and publish the revised version here. A change to future launches does not silently change the allocation recorded for an existing launch.

8. Reporting an issue

Report technical problems or content concerns through the TipKick issue tracker. It is public: do not include private information, unredacted payment details, wallet recovery phrases, or credentials.
